Presentation Schemes

Oral presentations
All the oral sessions will take place in the Convention Hall (2nd floor), which located in the An Bldg. on Komaba Research Campus of University of Tokyo. The oral session hall is equipped with an LCD projector and a PC. Presenters who use the PC are requested to copy their data for the presentation to the PC during the break before the respective session. Presenters' own PCs can be also used to connect to the LCD projector.

Presentation time:
Plenary talks: 40 min (including 5 min discussion)
Invited talks: 30 min (including 5 min discussion)
Contributed papers: 15 min (including 3 min discussion)


Poster presentations
Poster sessions are scheduled in Wednesday afternoon. Posters will be displayed in the foyer in front of the oral session hall. Usable space on each poster board is approx. 90 cm wide and 150 cm high. The poster boads will be set in the afternoon 7th; then posters can be displayed.
